Starting:
Adjust seat according to operator’s requirements
Check that “ Running control lever” is in the neutral position
Check that “ Emergency button” is not engaged
Put “Ignition key switch” to “ON” position.
The “oil pressure alarm light” buzzes and flickers
Turn Ignition to”Heat” Position – if working in low temperature conditions.
Start the engine and adjust the engine speed to 2800rpm
Engine must run at this rpm before vibration is started
Emergency stop:
Push down this button to stop machinne in the event of an emergency
Emergency Stop should NEVER be used as a brake
Compact in layers of 300mm (Soil should be moist if possible)
Compact till desired soil density is achieved – (Do Not Over Compact)
Stopping:
Slowly put the travel control lever to “0” position
Rotate “Ignition key” to “OFF” position
Warnings:
Do not vibrate on hard surfaces like cement
Do not operate the machine on slippery surfaces
Operators without neccessary training should Never be allowed to operate this machine.
Always come to a complete stop before changing direction or getting of the machine.
Always wear on construction sites and with this piece of equipment
