A concrete mixer is a machine used in construction to mix cement, water, and other materials, such as sand, gravel, and sometimes additives, to make concrete
Ensure that the mixer is placed on a level surface.
Mixer must be properly secured, as it can tip over when the drum is being tilted under load
Start the engine
Load cement, sand ,stone and water as per the MPA requirements
The engine must always be running as long as there is a mix in the drum.
Do not move the concrete mixer while the drum is full
Stop the engine if leaving the machine unattended
Mixing time may vary depending on the required density of the final product
Switch the engine off. (Once all the concrete has been discharged from the drum)
As soon as work is finished the mixer and especially the inside of the drum must be washed cleaned before the mix hardens
Hand protection must be worn while using this equipment.
Ear protection must be worn while using this equipment.
Eye protection must be worn while using this equipment.
