P80 is a medium-grade abrasive normally used after coarse sanding and before finer finishing grades.
Remove all furniture and obstructions.Sweep and vacuum the floor.Remove protruding nails, staples and screws.Countersink fixings below the timber surface.
Repair loose or damaged boards.Remove heavy dirt, wax or other contamination.Inspect the timber for damage
Check that the floor is suitable for machine sanding.Determine the appropriate sanding direction.Ensure the work area is clear before starting.
Install P80 belt
Check the electrical cable and plug.Check that the dust collection system is correctly installed.
Fit the dust bag securely.Put on the required PPE.Position the machine at the starting point.
Keep the sanding drum raised from the floor.Connect the machine to the correct power supply.Start the machine.
This equipment creates dust. Wear a suitable mask.
