Used to apply hot bitumen uniformly on the road surface before laying asphalt.
Connect Bitumen container to spray hose
Connect and secure gas burner.
Heat up the Bitumen to the desired temperature.
Start the engine and apply Bitumen to road surface via spray gun
Alway wear correct saftey equipment and follow all nessecary safety regulations especially with the gas feed.
Provide operator with nessecary training
It is very important to drain / flush the system of all Bitumen before storage. (Pump diesel through pump , hose & nozzzles )
Hand protection must be worn while using this equipment.
Ear protection must be worn while using this equipment.
Industrial footware with steel toecaps whould be worn while using this equipment.
