Application
A construction dumper is a specialized, motorized machine used to transport, dump, and spread bulk materials like soil, sand, gravel, rubble, and concrete around building sites.
Operation Instructions
GENERAL BASIC PREPARATION BEFORE STARTING THE MACHINE
Ensure that the dumper is on level surface.
The hand brake must be fully applied.
Place the gearbox in a neutral position.
Make sure that the skip is locked down.
Once you have completed the pre-checks you may start the engine
STARTING AND STOPPING THE MACHINE

Starting the engine
Set the speed control lever at the position “start” – hold.
Press the decompress lever down and hold.
Crank the engine with the starting handle.
The engine will start.
Stopping the engine
The hand brake must be fully applied.
Place the gearbox in a neutral position.
Reverse the position of the bracket at the accelerator pedal this will automatically stop the engine.
Should the engine still idle press the speed control lever up hold until the engine stops.

Do not have passengers on the machine
Do not drive with the hoper in the tilt position
Do not overload the machine
Do not stand and operate the machine
Do not stand in the crash zone
