Designed for grinding and cutting construction materials.
Prepare the grinder:
Disconnect the power plug before installing or changing the disc.Inspect the grinder, power cord, guard, side handle and spindle.
Install the side handle securely.Fit the correct guard for the intended operation.
Select a suitable 230 mm disc rated for at least the grinder’s 6,600 rpm.Check the disc for cracks, chips or other damage.
Install the disc:
Disconnect the grinder from the power supply.Press the spindle-lock button.
Rotate the spindle until the lock engages.Fit the wheel washer and the appropriate grinding or cutting disc.
Install and tighten the wheel nut using the supplied wrench.Release the spindle lock.Rotate the disc by hand to ensure it turns freely and does not contact the guard.
Start the grinder
Stopping the grinder :
Remove the disc from the workpiece.Release the trigger.
Keep holding the grinder until the disc has completely stopped rotating.Disconnect the power when the tool is not being used.
Never place the grinder down while the disc is still rotating.
Eye protection must be worn while using this equipment.
Ear protection must be worn while using this equipment.
This equipment creates dust. Wear a suitable mask.
Hand protection must be worn while using this equipment.
