36V brushless cordless machine designed to cut and bend reinforcing steel (rebar) on construction sites.
Step 1 — Prepare the machine
Place the machine on a stable, secure work surface. Inspect the cutter blades, bending mechanism and housing for damage.
Ensure the correct cutting or bending configuration is selected.
Step 2 — Install the battery
Insert a fully charged, compatible HiKOKI 36V MULTI VOLT battery. Check that it locks securely into position before operating the machine.
Step 3 — Select the operation and angle
Select cutting or bending mode using the machine’s controls. For bending, set the required angle using the angle adjustment controls, following the operating manual.
Step 4 — Position the rebar
nsert the reinforcing bar into the designated cutting or bending area. Ensure it is correctly seated and supported. Never exceed the rated diameter or simultaneous bar capacity.
Step 5 — Cut the rebar
With hands clear of the cutting head, activate the cutting cycle according to the manual. Allow the machine to complete the cut before removing the severed steel. Keep clear of sharp edges and moving parts.
Step 6 — Bend the rebar
Position the bar against the designated bending components. Activate the bending cycle and allow the machine to reach the selected angle.
Use the reverse function only as directed in the manual to release or reposition the bar safely.
