The HiKOKI cordless caulking gun is designed to dispense sealants, adhesives and other compatible materials in a controlled, consistent bead.
Step 1 — Inspect the toolCheck the housing, trigger, holder, plunger rod and piston for damage.
Step 2 — Select the correct holder and materialUse the supplied 600 ml holder with a compatible sausage-type sealant or adhesive.
Step 3 — Load the sealantRetract the plunger according to the tool manual. Open or remove the holder as required, insert the sealant cartridge or sausage in the correct orientation, and refit the holder securely.
Step 4 — Set the dispensing speedSelect a low speed initially. The six speed settings range from approximately 0.9 mm/s to 14 mm/s. Use the lower settings for fine joints and higher settings only when the material and application permit.
Step 5 — Install the battery
Step 6 — Apply the sealant
