Cutting metal pipes and tubes.Cutting square and rectangular steel sections.Cutting metal conduit, rails and compatible profiles.Plumbing, electrical installation, fabrication and construction work.
Inspect the saw: Check the blade, guide bearings, blade covers, handles and battery compartment.
Check the blade: Ensure the blade is correctly installed, tensioned and suitable for the material being cut.
Prepare the workpiece: Mark the cutting line and secure the metal firmly in a vice or suitable support.
Install the battery: Fit a compatible, charged 18 V HiKOKI battery.Set the speed: Select a suitable speed for the material and thickness. Use automatic
Position the saw: Hold the tool securely and position the guide against the workpiece.Start cutting: Operate the trigger and allow the blade to cut steadily. Do not force the saw or twist the blade.
Complete the cut: Maintain control as the cut finishes, particularly when the offcut separates.Stop the tool: Release the trigger and wait for the blade to stop completely.
Clean and store: Remove the battery, clear metal debris and inspect the blade before storage.
