The HiKOKI UV3628DAW4Z is a 36 V Multi Volt cordless concrete vibrator with a brushless motor.
Prepare the equipment: Inspect the vibrator head, flexible shaft, housing and battery. Ensure there are no cracks, loose connections or signs of concrete ingress.
Install the battery: Fit a fully charged, compatible 36 V Multi Volt battery. Check that it locks securely into place.
Select the operating mode: Choose Normal mode for general consolidation or Power mode where stronger vibration is required
Vibrate the concrete: Insert the vibrating head vertically into the fresh concrete at regular intervals.
Allow the vibration to consolidate the concrete, then withdraw the head slowly
Clean after use
Hand protection must be worn while using this equipment.
