The HiKOKI DH3640DA is a heavy-duty cordless rotary hammer designed for demanding drilling and chiselling applications in concrete and masonry
Prepare the tool:
Remove the battery before fitting accessories. Inspect the tool, battery and SDS-Max bit for damage. Apply the recommended grease to the bit shank.
Fit the accessory:
Insert a compatible SDS-Max drill bit or chisel until it locks into the tool holder. Pull the accessory to confirm that it is secured correctly.
Set up the machine:
Fit the side handle and adjust it for secure two-handed operation. Select hammer drilling for drilling concrete or hammer-only mode for chiselling.
Drill or chisel:
nsert the battery, select a suitable speed setting and position the bit against the workpiece. Operate the trigger while holding the tool firmly with both hands.
Allow the hammer mechanism to work without excessive downward pressure.
Finish safely by Release the trigger and wait for the bit to stop completely before withdrawing it.
