The HT8-EX P40 (40 grit) aluminium oxide, cloth-backed endless sanding belt is a coarse abrasive intended primarily for initial/stock-removal sanding of timber floors
Prepare the floor
Install the P40 belt
Put on safety glasses.Put on suitable respiratory protection.Put on hearing protection.
Check that the dust collection system is correctly installed.Position the HT8 EX at the starting point.Keep the sanding drum raised from the floor.Connect the machine to the correct power supply.
Start the motor.Allow the drum to reach operating speed.Begin moving the machine forward.Gradually lower the sanding drum onto the floor.
This equipment creates dust. Wear a suitable mask.
