Operation Instructions

Horizontal Measurement:

Put the instrument on the Tripod, or place it on a stable plane, or hang it on the wall

The instrument is basically vertical and the tilt is no more than 5Deg

Vertical Measurement:

Place the instrument on a stable plane with the tilt not exceeding 5Deg

Power Operation:

Pres the “On/Off” key, the “On” indicator lights up and the automatic leveling function starts.

After finishing the automatic leveling, the laser beam stops flashing, and the laser rotates at speed of about 600r.p.m.

If the Instrument is not properly placed, or if the instruments tilts more than 5 degrees for other reasons, the level mode indicator light and laser beam flash at the same time, the instrument should be relocated.

Rotating:

Rotating State: Press the scanning acceleration key to adjust the rotation speed of the laser head. Press this key continuously in order for the laser head to change speed(0-300-300-900)

Single Step Rotation: Press the scanning acceleration key to 0 r.p.m, the laser stops rotating. At this time, press the right hand button, the laser rotate clockwise step by step.. Press the left hand button, the laser rotates counterclockwise step by st

Directional Scanning:

Press the scan acceleration key to 0 r.p.m, and the laser stops rotating.

Press the directional scanning key, and the laser head directional scan. Press this key continuously, and the scanning width of the laser head will change according 0 deg-10 deg-45deg – 90deg.

Tilt Setting:

When this instrument is placed vertically for horizontal scanning, it can be set with the tilt in the X and Y directions.

Press the manual/automatic leveling mode key. Leveling indicator light will turn on – enter tilt setting.
