Application

Used to compact Soil beneath foundations and paving

Operation Instructions

Start :

Turn the “On / Off” button to the “On” position

Open Fuel Tap

Push Choke lever to “On” position

Start Engine

Operation :

Compact in layers of 150 (Soil should be moist if possible)

Compact till desired soil density is achieved -(Do Not Over Compact)

Adjust scrapers correctly before use

Roller must come to a complete stop before changing direction

Engine must run at full speed when doing compaction work

Refuelling :

Machine may not be running whilst refuelling

Do not smoke or use a cell phone whilst refuelling.

Pour the fuel into the tank.

Do not place any plastic bags around the fuel cap as this will close the breather hole in the cap.

Do’s and Don’ts :

Avoid machine hitting against adjacent structures or rocks etc.

Ensure the dead man’s handle is working correctly

Don’t sit on the machine whilst it is operating

Stopping :

Turn “On / Off” switch to “Off” position

Close Fuel tap
